#StateTeam18 Takes Center Stage on National Signing Day

STARKVILLE, Miss. – New Mississippi State football head coach Joe Moorhead received 15 National Letters of Intent in December, and he and the Bulldog staff seek to put the finishing touches on the #StateTeam18 signing class Wednesday as part of the original National Signing Day.
With the new early signing period in December, prospective student-athletes had a three-day window to sign a National Letter of Intent by their choosing. They also have the option to sign during the regular signing period, which begins Wednesday.
The Bulldogs hauled in the top four players in the state of Mississippi as ranked by 247Sports.com during the December period. Three of the 15 signees – wide receiver Stephen Guidry, athlete Marcus Murphy and wide receiver Devonta Jason – enrolled in January.
Once approved by the MSU compliance office, live updated Bulldog signees for #StateTeam18 will be unveiled at HailState.com/StateTeam18.
Player profiles and highlight videos for the Class of 2018 will be available on HailState.com/StateTeam18.
